Edit Experience details and settings Updated February 05, 2025 08:00 Experiences allow you to organize your content and distribute it to the relevant users or user groups in Showpad. However, changes may be necessary after you've created an Experience. These edits can include updates to the Experience details displayed when in list view. You can also turn dynamic content filtering on or off or change the criteria for the Smart Folders within the Experience being modified. You also have the ability to hide an Experience from a user's Experience overview. This can be helpful when your organization's instance contains many Experiences and the overview page needs to be tidied up. Note: Hiding an Experience does not impact assigned users' access rights, so they can still search for and share any content within the hidden Experience.
