Delete an Experience Updated March 21, 2025 10:41 Experiences let you organize and distribute content to relevant users and user groups. If you no longer need a specific Experience, you can delete it. Users won't see the assets that belong to that Experience after it has been deleted. However, these assets are not deleted from the Content Library, and you can still use them in other Experiences. Note: If you delete an Experience, it is not possible to restore it, even from behind the scenes, so proceed with caution. Click the trash icon in the Experience details panel. Confirm you want to permanently delete the Experience Do this step by step Navigate to the Libraries tab. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu. Select Experiences from the left side menu to open the Experiences library. Click on an Experience you want to delete. In the Experience details panel, click the trash icon in the upper right. Once you delete an Experience, it can't be undone. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the Experience by checking the box and clicking Delete. Note: To ensure top performance and privacy, Showpad's database won't back up deleted records. When deleting an Experience, keep in mind that it's not possible to restore the Experience or any part of its structure after deletion.
