Reset your password

So, it happened. You've forgotten your password and need to reset it. Gone are the days we could all just write it down on Post-It notes. You can reset your password via your browser or the Showpad app you're using on your device.

The following procedure also applies when you're locked out of your account after 10 failed attempts. Resetting your password will allow you to sign in again.

Note: Passwords cannot include your company name, your first name, or your last name.

You need this to succeed

• Your organization name
• Your email address
• Access to your email account
• A web browser or the Showpad app installed on iPad, iPhone, Android, or Windows
• Passwords must not include the company name or your first or last name

Reset password using a browser

To reset your password from your browser, go to https://showpad.biz and enter your organization's subdomain.

1. From the Showpad login screen, click Forgot password?
   
2. On the next screen, enter your email address and click Reset password. 
3. You will receive an email with instructions. The link in the email is valid for one day.
4. If you didn't receive a reset password email, you most likely entered the wrong organization name.
5. Also, check your email spam folder to verify that the password email wasn't classified as spam.

Reset Password using the Showpad app

1. To reset your password from the mobile apps, enter your organization name and tap Forgot password?
   
2. Fill in your username/email address and you will get an email with a link to reset it. The link in the email is valid for one day.
3. If you didn't receive a reset password email, you most likely entered the wrong organization name.
4. Check your email spam folder to verify that the password email wasn't classified as spam.

Please contact your administrator or our support team if you didn't receive a password reset email.
