Welcome to Showpad, the world's leading revenue enablement platform.

With Showpad's engagement-driven features, you create custom buyer experiences and learn to sell products and services in your industry. Access up-to-date marketing content to present and share with buyers wherever you meet them. See how they engage with the content you share. Invite them to comment, share, and collaborate in a space tailored to their buyer journey. Showpad is also where you can enhance your skills and practice your pitches. Let’s get started.

1. Install the Showpad application or use the Web App
2. Receive your invitation email with sign-in details

Do this step by step

1. Install the Showpad application

   You can download and install the Showpad application in the app stores on your device. Our app is available on:

   • iOS: App Store
   • Android: Google Play Store
   • Microsoft Store (for the Windows Desktop app)
   • Any web browser (to access the Showpad Web app)

   You can also share content via email using the Chrome extension and our Outlook add-in.

   If you still need to install Showpad on your device, please download and install the app from the app store on your device. If the app is already available on your device, check if you have the latest version installed. To successfully use Showpad, you'll also want to ensure you meet the system and device requirements.

2. Your login and password

   You received an invitation email containing the custom Showpad URL. Find your login or a link to set up your password in this email.

   Please contact your administrator if you still need to receive your credentials. To sign in on Showpad, you need three things:

   • Your organization name
   • Your email address
   • Your password

   After installing the application, enter your organization name to log in. Your organization’s Showpad account name should be in your invitation email. Use your email address and password to log in to the Showpad app.

   Your organization may have configured a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool like Salesforce or a Single Sign-On (SSO) identity management system like Okta to sign in. In that case, you will see an extra button after providing the organization name. Use your organization’s preferred method to sign in.

3. Download content onto your device

   After logging in to the Showpad application, you need to download the required files to run Showpad on your device. You then have the option to download all content files right now or download them on demand. By saving files to your device, you can present content in the field without worrying about an internet connection.

4. Start working with Experiences

   In Showpad, marketing content is organized into Experiences. To access them, navigate to the Content tab and select Experiences. Alternatively, on your Android device, find Experiences on the Homepage. Select an Experience to browse the content provided. You can present it to a prospect by navigating through the Experience.

   While presenting content in an Experience, open a document to see the available actions. Select the pen icon to annotate the document page during your sales conversation. You can share the annotated copy with your buyer while preserving the original.

5. Search and filter for relevant content

   Try our search engine by clicking the search icon and looking for a keyword. To narrow your search results, filter by content type, tags, and tag categories.

6. Organize your content and share it with your prospects.

   Now, you can start sharing your content with customers or prospects. There are several ways to share content. You can share a single file via email or generate a link to the shared document. Add documents to a Collection to create a personalized presentation and then share the Collection.

7. Gain insight into your prospect's activity with your shared content

   After sharing content, you’ll want to see if your prospects are viewing the information you’ve provided. On the Emails & Links page in the Shares tab, you can track how your prospects and clients engage with the content you've shared with them. This way, you get a sneak peek into what your recipient is interested in.

8. Create a Shared Space to collaborate with colleagues and buyers

   Familiarize yourself with our powerful collaborative tool, Shared Spaces. From the Shared Spaces page of the Shares tab, select New Shared Space. Give the Shared Space a title and take a look at the settings options. When ready, create the Shared Space and tailor it to your audience. From here, add content and invite colleagues and prospects to begin an interactive selling conversation.

9. Complete sales-readiness Courses assigned to you by your manager or admin

   Showpad Coach makes it easy to access learning resources to improve your deal-closing skills. Check your My Assignments page in the Coaching tab to find learning Paths and Courses that your manager or admin assigned to you. Your assignments can include training modules and follow-up assessments. You may be assigned a PitchIQ to record pitches that managers and peers can review and provide feedback on.
