Adding annotations to a document Updated May 22, 2023 16:56 When you’re having a sales conversation, it’s often useful to add annotations to the documents you’re showing your prospect. In Showpad you can add annotations to a page using a range of markup tools and easily share or add that page to a Collection when you’re done. Adding annotations doesn't change the original document. After sharing the document, your annotations will not be saved, unless you keep the document or the page in a Collection. You can see these annotations as an extra layer on top of your document that will only be visible in the Share or your personal Collection. Note: You can add annotations on documents, not on images, or other multimedia content.
