How to log in to Showpad

See how it's done on iOS

1. When you open the Showpad app on your iOS device, you'll need to enter your Organization name. This is provided by your administrator and is not necessarily your company's name. Your organization’s Showpad account name should be in your invitation email.
   
2. Depending on how your administrator configured Showpad, you can log in with your Showpad account, your Salesforce credentials, or Single Sign-on login. It's normal if you don't see all the following options.
   
3. In this case, we select the default Showpad account and use the email address and password the administrator provided.
   
4. We provide a very useful Quick Start Guide that will show you how to start working with the Showpad app after logging in.

To sign in on Showpad's Windows Desktop app, you'll need to know the name of your organization. You should be able to find this information in your Showpad invitation mail, or it should be provided to you by your administrator.

1. Open the Showpad Windows Desktop app.
2. Type your organization subdomain name in the box and click Continue.

   Note: Depending on how your admin configured the login screen, you might see a customized logo instead of the Showpad logo.

3. The Log In page will open up in your default browser. Use the login and password your administrator provided. You may also have options to log in with an SSO provider, such as Salesforce or Okta. Ask your administrator if you have questions on how those work. After logging on the first time, the app will remember your organization when you return.

Showpad for Outlook lets you look for content on Showpad and send it from Microsoft Outlook. This allows you to save time by distributing your content using your preferred email platform. We provide a useful article that shows how to install and configure Showpad for Outlook.

1. Click the Log In button when composing or replying to an email.
2. Enter your organization name. This is provided by your administrator. Click Continue.
   
3. Depending on how your administrator configured Showpad, you can log in with your Showpad account, your Salesforce credentials, or Single Sign-On login.
4. In case you select the default Showpad account, you must enter your email address and the password your administrator provided.

Showpad for Gmail lets you search for content and share it directly from your Gmail inbox, saving time and streamlining your workflow. Consult this article to learn how to install and configure Showpad for Gmail. Once installed, follow these instructions to log in and begin sharing:

1. pen Gmail and compose or reply to an email, then click the Showpad for Gmail icon.
2. When prompted, enter your organization name (provided in your invitation email) and click Continue.
3. Depending on your administrator's setup, you can log in to Showpad using your Salesforce credentials, Single Sign-On, or your Showpad login details.
4. If you choose to log in with your Showpad credentials, enter your email address and password. Your password was either provided in your invitation email or set by you when confirming your email.
