The quick way to awesomeness Receive your invitation email with sign-in details Install the Showpad application or use the online Web app Download content your administrator provided on your device Learn how you can browse Experiences to find your content Share the assets from your Experiences with prospects and customers Check the insights in the Share tab on your device Complete sales-readiness courses assigned to you by a manager or admin Do this step by step 1. Your login and password You received an invitation email, containing the custom Showpad URL you'll need to start working. In this email, you'll find your login or a link to set up your password.Please contact your administrator or Showpad support if you didn't receive your credentials. To sign in on Showpad, you need three things: Your organization name Your email address Your password In some cases, there are other methods to sign in such as Salesforce or Okta. If you know your organization name and login information, you can sign in directly at http://showpad.biz 2. Download and install the Showpad application Got your credentials? Awesome. You can download and install the Showpad application in the app stores on your device. Our app is available on: iOS app store Android play store Windows store (for the Windows Desktop app) Via the browser (We call this the Showpad Web app) If Showpad is not yet installed on your device, please download and install the app from the app store on your device. If the app is already available on your device, make sure you have the latest version installed. You'll also want to make sure you meet the system and device requirements in order to successfully use Showpad. After installing the application, you will need to provide the organization name to log in. This is the exact name of your company's Showpad account name. This should be provided to you in the invitation email. Use your email address and password to open the Showpad app. It is possible your company configured a CRM system (like Salesforce) or an SSO (Single-Sign on via a platform like Okta) to sign in. In that case, you will see an extra button after providing the Organization name. Here you can find more information about the Salesforce integration. 3. Download content on your device After logging in to the Showpad application, content will be downloaded on your device. You have the option to download all files right now or download them on-demand. You can find more information about how your content is downloaded on your device in this article. 4. Start working with Experiences In Showpad, content is organized into Experiences. Presenting your content will be done by tapping or opening the content structured in those Experiences. For your convenience, Showpad will remember the last viewed page of your document for 30 minutes if you switch back and forth between files. 5. Share content with prospects Now you can start sharing your content with your customers or your prospects. There are several ways to share content on your platform. You can create a collection of files, you can share a single file via email or generate a link to the shared document if you're using the Web App. 6. Gain insight on your prospect's activity on your shared content Another very important feature is the Share feature. This feature allows you to track the activities of your prospects and clients on the content you've shared with them. This way you get a sneak peek of what is important for that person. Complete sales-readiness courses assigned to you by your manager or admin Showpad Coach provides an easy way to access learning resources to better equip you to close deals. Check your My Assignments tab to find courses you are tasked to complete. This can include learning modules and follow-up assessments. In some cases, you may be assigned a PitchIQ to record pitches that can managers or admins can review and provide feedback on.
