When you first log in to the Web App, the interface will default to the language your admin has set for your account. You can update your preferred language anytime in your profile settings. If you work with a global audience, you can easily switch between languages. The Web and Windows Desktop apps support quick language changes to help you tailor your experience to different clients. If we don't support the language, we'll automatically switch to the first language we support on the device. You can check this in the Settings: General / Language and Region / Preferred Language order. If the first language is not supported, we will switch to the first language in the preferred order list we support. Changing the preferred language list If your preferred language is Vietnamese and your second language in the preferred language order list is French, your app will be set in French since we do not support Vietnamese. To ensure your app is configured in English, change the iPad language to English in the iPad Settings. See how it's done on Android Showpad will display the language you set on your device. If the first language is not supported, we will switch to the first language in the preferred order list we support. If we don't support the language, we'll automatically switch to English. For users who select a different default language for their priority keyboard, the Windows Desktop app will use that language when supported. You can quickly switch the language on Showpad's platform while engaging with your diverse customer base. After you’ve changed the language, it will remain that language despite your browser settings. To change the language, click your profile, hover over Language, and select a new language from the list. Showpad will refresh. The language on the Showpad platform is now your selected language.
