Grant Showpad Support access to your account Updated March 11, 2025 16:02 At Showpad, we want to help you solve a problem as quickly as possible. If you contact support, our support team may need access to your Showpad account for verification and testing purposes. We always ask for your permission before accessing your account. Note: You can limit access to a specific date or revoke it at any time if support is no longer necessary. See how it looks The quick way Navigate to Settings In Security, click the Access Management dropdown list In Access to Your Account, select the number of days you want to allow access and click Save Do this step by step Enable support access Choose the gear icon to open Settings. Select Security in the left side menu. Expand the Access Management section. In Access to Your Account, select the date you want Showpad Support’s access to your account to end. Click Save. Revoke support access If you want to revoke access at a later point, select the Revoke access checkbox in the Security tab. Click Save.
