Complete Courses with Coach Updated September 04, 2024 07:00 Courses make up the most valuable aspect of your coaching. They contain all the content to help you gain the knowledge you need to succeed in your sales role. Likewise, the assessments will ensure you absorb the correct information and help you see where to improve. Tap View All next to My Courses & Paths. Filter your Courses and Paths by selecting Show: All and choosing Only Courses. You can also sort your Courses by different parameters or use the search bar to find specific ones. To enable the search bar, swipe down, and it will appear at the top. Browse through available Courses and select the one you want to take. If the Course you want to start is greyed out and is marked as Locked, you need to complete its prerequisite first. The information on what needs to be completed is written on the locked tile. When the Course opens, you will see the due date, time to completion, and description under the Details section. Below is the Contents section, with a menu of all the items within the Course. You can make the Course available offline by tapping the download icon. Tap Start Course at the bottom of the Course overview. If you've already started the Course, tap Resume Course. As you work through the Course's lesson, swipe right to work through multipage files or tap on the document to display the menu at the bottom. Tap on any page to open it. Once you finish a lesson, tap Done in the upper right corner. A pop-up message will let you know you've completed the lesson. Tap Next Lesson to continue or Return to Course Overview. When you've worked through all of the learning sections of your Course, you will be prompted to Continue to a Test, survey, or PitchIQ if available. You can use annotations on assets in your lessons. To do so, tap the pencil icon. Here are your available options to annotate lessons: Tap the color icon to change the color of your annotations. You can choose a new color for each annotation. Tap the T icon and select a font size to write annotations on the page. Tap the pen icon and select a size to draw on the file. Tap the highlighter icon and size to highlight information. To undo or redo annotations, use the arrows on the top left. To delete annotations, tap the bin icon. This will remove all annotations. When you're done annotating, tap Done to save your changes or Cancel to discard them. You will see those annotations each time you open this Course's lesson. Below the progress bar, you'll see the structure of the Course, represented by components, which may include sections of lessons, a test or a survey, and a PitchIQ. The time to complete each component is listed on the right. If a test is the first component, you can start the Course by taking a test to prove your knowledge of the Course subject. When you decide to take the test before completing the lessons and you pass the test, the Course will be marked complete. You can then progress to your next learning activity. If you do not pass, you can retake the test after completing the lessons. Learn how to complete a test. To see more or less detail, click a component title to expand or collapse it. Once a lesson is viewed, a checkmark will appear next to it, and your progress will be updated on the progress bar. After you view all lessons within a section, a checkmark will appear next to the section. To save a lesson for later review, click the bookmark icon next to the lesson. Your bookmarks can be found on the Bookmarks page of the Coaching tab. To close the Course before completing it, click the X in the right corner. When you're ready to begin, click Start Course, Resume, or Enroll. The lesson opens with the Course overview In the sidebar. To collapse the sidebar, click the left arrow next to the Course title. You can reopen the sidebar by clicking the right arrow in the left corner. Scroll through the lesson if it contains multiple pages. Or play the lesson video. Hover over the lesson to reveal viewing options. Click the thumbnails icon to see thumbnails of the pages to navigate through. To zoom in and out, click the plus and minus signs. Once you have gone through a lesson, Click Next. A message will let you know you've completed the lesson. The next module will load and open automatically. To do so, click the download icon next to the lesson title. You can now read the Course content offline. You can also add annotations to the Course's lessons, which are visible only to you. Click the pen icon in the top right corner of the lesson. Choose your tools and colors, and draw or write on the document. To Undo or Redo your markings or to Clear your annotations, click the three dot menu. To discard your changes, click Cancel.
