Completing Tests and Surveys

See how it's done on iOS

1. If you've just finished the Lesson in a course, you will be moved on to the test. Otherwise, navigate to a course with a Test component. Tap the Test tile from the Course Overview. 
2. Read the passing score, average score, number of attempts you have. The Test Breakdown will let you know how many of each question type are included. When you're ready, tap Start Test. 
   
3. For multiple-choice questions, tap the box to select your answer. If more than one answer is correct, you'll be able to check multiple boxes. Tap Next. 
4. For short answer questions, type your answer in the text box. Tap Next. 
5. Text match questions will provide a shorter answer field. Type in your response, and it must match the correct answer. Tap Next, or skip it to come back later. 
6. When you’ve answered or skipped all the questions, you'll have a chance to to review your test before submitting it. Check over your answers. To add an answer for questions you skipped or to change an answer, tap the edit icon next to the question.
7. When you're ready, tap Submit Test. A message will pop up to make sure you're ready to submit your test. If so, tap Submit Test. If not, tap Cancel.
8. If your test did not include any short answer questions, which require grading by your admin or manager, you may see your score right away. If not, you will see that your test is pending review.
9. If you failed the test and still have several attempts remaining, you can retake it until you pass it, or the number of attempts has been reached. Tap Retake Test to try again. 
   

See how it's done on Android

See how it's done on the Windows Desktop app

2. Read the passing score, average score, and the number of attempts you have. The Test Breakdown will let you know how many questions and which types are included. When you're ready, begin your test by selecting an answer to the first question, or by skipping it to return to it later.
3. For multiple-choice questions, click the box to select your answer. If more than one answer is correct, you'll be able to check multiple boxes. Click Next.
4. For short answer questions, type your answer in the text box. Click Next or Skip until you are ready to return.
5. Text match questions will provide a shorter answer field. Type in your response, and it must match the correct answer. Click Next, or skip it to come back later.

8. You will see your scores on multiple-choice questions right away. Short answers that require review will appear as pending with a clock icon beside them until they are graded. Review your individual answers by selecting Review.
9. If you failed the test and still have several attempts remaining, you can retake it until you pass it, or the number of attempts has been reached. Click Retake Test to try again.
