Complete a test or survey Updated November 29, 2024 15:07 Courses make up the most valuable aspect of your coaching. They contain all the content to help you gain the knowledge you need to succeed in your sales role. Once you've finished the learning portion of a Course, assessments will ensure you absorb the correct information and help you see where you need to improve. Tests can be made of multiple choice questions and written short answers, while surveys are designed to collect answers without grading. Choose your success platform iOS Android Windows Desktop Web App See how it works on iOS See how it's done on iOS Once you’ve completed all the lessons within a Course, you will move into the test or survey section if your admin has included one. Click the test tile in the Course structure. The test overview includes the passing score, average score, and number of attempts you have. The test breakdown will let you know how many of each question type are included. When you're ready, tap Start Test. For multiple-choice questions, tap the box to select your answer. If more than one answer is correct, you can check multiple boxes. Tap Next. For short answer questions, type your answer in the text box. Your answer will be reviewed before your test is graded. Tap Next. Text match questions will provide a small answer field. Type in your response. It must match the correct answer(s). Tap Next. When you’ve answered all the questions, you'll have a chance to review your test before submitting it. Check over your answers. To change an answer, tap the edit icon next to the question. When you're ready, tap Submit Test. A message will appear. If the test includes short answer questions, which require grading by your admin or manager, you will see that your test is pending review. Otherwise, you will see your score. Click Review Test to see your answers. If you failed the test and still have several attempts, you can retake it until you pass it or the number of attempts has been reached. Tap Retake Test to try again. After reviewing your test, tap done and return to the Course overview. Verify your progress is complete. If there is no PitchIQ component in your Course, tap the left arrow in the left corner to close the Course. If you’re ready to take the PitchIQ, Tap the PitchIQ tile in the Course structure. Tap Next, or skip it to come back later. When you’ve answered or skipped all the questions, you'll have a chance to review your test before submitting it. Check over your answers. To add an answer for questions you skipped or to change an answer, tap the edit icon next to the question. When you're ready, tap Submit. A message will appear to ensure you're ready to submit your test. If so, tap Submit Test. If not, tap Cancel. If the test includes short answer questions, which require grading by your admin or manager, you will see that your test is pending review. Otherwise, you'll see your score when you review your results. If you failed the test and still have several attempts, you can retake it until you pass it or the number of attempts has been reached. In the test information section, you'll see the number of questions, the points available, and how many attempts you can make. The Course overview sidebar shows your progress on your test question. If it's collapsed, click the arrow in the left corner to expand it. When you're ready, click Start test. If the test has a time limit, you’ll see a pop-up window informing you how much time you have to complete it. For multiple-choice questions with a single answer, click the radio button next to the correct answer. Your original answer will be unchecked if you check a different answer. Click Next. Certain multiple-choice questions have more than one correct answer. Check all boxes with the correct answer. Click Next. For short answer questions, type your answer in the text box. You can preview it by clicking on the thumbnail. You will receive an email from no-reply@showpad.com with the certificate attached. Your scores on multiple-choice and text-match questions will be visible right away. Short answers that require review will appear as Waiting for review until graded. You will receive an email once the assigned reviewer has evaluated your answer. If you failed the test and still have several attempts left, you can retake it until you pass it or reach the maximum number of attempts. Click Retake test to try again.If you failed the test and have not completed the lessons, Click View Course Content and work through the lessons.
