Completing Courses with Coach Updated September 19, 2023 21:16 Courses make up the most valuable aspect of your coaching. They contain all of the content that will help you gain the knowledge you need to be successful in your sales role. Likewise, the assessments will ensure you absorbed the right information and help you see where you need to improve. Tap View All next to My Courses & Paths. Filter your Courses and Paths by selecting Show: All and choosing Only Courses. You can also sort your Courses by different categories or use the search bar to find specific ones. To enable the search bar, swipe down, and it will appear at the top. Browse through available Courses and select the one you want to take. If the Course you want to start is greyed out and is marked as Locked, you need to complete its prerequisite first. The information on what needs to be completed is written on the locked tile. When the Course opens, under the Details section, you will see the due date, time to completion, and description. Below is the Contents section, where you see a menu of all the items within the Course. You can make the Course available offline by tapping the download icon. Tap Start Course at the bottom of the Course overview. If you've already started the Course, tap Resume Course. As you work through the Course's lesson, swipe right to work through multipage files or tap on the document to display the menu at the bottom. Tap on any page to open it. Once you finish a lesson, the next one will be loaded automatically. Once you have gone through all the lessons within the Course, tap Done in the upper right corner. A pop-up message will let you know you've completed the lesson. Tap Next Lesson to continue or Return to Course Overview. When you've worked through all of the learning sections of your Course, you will be prompted to Continue to Test or PitchIQ if available. You can use annotations on assets in your lessons. To do so, tap the pencil icon. Here are your available options to annotate lessons: Tap the color icon to change the color of your annotations. You can choose a new color for each annotation. Tap the T icon and select a font size to write annotations on the page. Tap the pen icon and select a size to draw on the file. Tap the highlighter icon and size to highlight information. To undo or redo annotations, use the arrows on the top left. To delete annotations, tap the bin icon. This will remove all annotations. When you're done annotating, tap Done to save your changes or Cancel to discard them. You will see those annotations each time you open this Course's lesson It's also possible to bookmark the entire Course or its specific lessons. To find the Course you want to complete, click on the Courses to Do tile. Use the search bar to find the Course you're looking for, or use the sorting options. You can sort your Courses by Due Date, Recent Activity, and Progress. If the Course you want to start is greyed out and is marked as Locked, you need to complete its prerequisite first. The information on what needs to be completed is written on the locked tile. Pick a Course you want to begin, and click Start Course. If you’ve already started the Course and just need to pick back up where you left off, click Resume. In the pane on the right side, you will see the modules within the Course. Click the module tiles to expand details for that particular component, including lessons, Test questions, and PitchIQ details. Click on them to proceed through the Course, or use the arrow buttons at the side of each lesson. To close the sidebar, click the arrow icon on the bottom right. To fully immerse yourself in your learning, enter full-screen mode by clicking the double-arrow icon. Press the escape key on your keyboard at any time to exit full-screen mode. Click the View Details button to view all the Course information. See the Time to Completion, Due Date, Date Assigned, Course Components, Course Owner, and Course Description. To take notes as you progress through the Course, click the View Notes icon in the side menu. Type your notes in the text box. They will be saved automatically. Any time you open the notepad within the same Course, you will find your existing notes and can add more. It's also possible to bookmark the entire Course or its specific lessons. If your admin has enabled Comments for your Course, you can click the View Comments button to add discussions to the lesson. Click New Topic, add its title, type in your question, and click Submit. You can also respond to others' questions by clicking Reply on an existing topic. Use the Search bar to browse through the comments. Click the View Feedback button. Choose a star rating for the Course based on how valuable you found it, and write your feedback below. Click Submit Feedback once ready. Learn more about how feedback can help your admin. If your admin has allowed downloading of files and videos for the Course, you will be able to save a copy of the lesson's content. To do so, click the download icon next to the lesson in the overview menu. Doing so allows you to read through course content offline. You can also add Annotations to the Course's lessons, visible only to you. Tap the pen icon in the top right corner of the lesson, choose your tools and colors, and draw on the document. You can use the undo and redo arrows or the bin icon to undo your annotations. Click Cancel to discard your changes. Click Save to keep your changes for the next time you open this lesson. Once you’ve completed all the lessons, the Course will move into the next section, which depends on what has been included by your admin. Some Courses can consist of a Test component that requires a minimum passing score for it to be marked as complete.
