Customize thumbnails for files and Pages Updated December 03, 2025 08:09 When you upload a file to your library, Showpad automatically creates a default thumbnail for it. This thumbnail is what users see first when browsing for content, such as in an Experience, search results, or a folder. The thumbnail is one of the most important factors for sellers when deciding whether to open a file. Improving your thumbnails will enable sellers to find the right content more quickly. To ensure clarity and visual consistency, consider uploading a custom thumbnail for your files and Pages that accurately represents your content.
