Review AI suggestions in the files detail panel Updated December 05, 2025 16:49 AI suggestions in the Files library help admins quickly enhance asset metadata for improved searchability and user experience. By leveraging AI suggestions, you can update assets with suggested tags, descriptions, and languages, saving time and ensuring content is easily discoverable for your users. See how it looks Key features Generate relevant tags to boost search performance and findability Add a descriptive summary for the asset Quickly add relevant language to an asset to aid in localization You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced Permissions: Administrator The quick way Click the Files library tab. Select an asset and click the AI Suggestions button in the asset detail panel. Review the suggestions and apply the suggested changes. Do this step by step Navigate to the Libraries tab. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu. In the left menu, expand Files, then select All Files to open the Files library Click on the file you want to update. Its detail panel will open on the right. You may notice the option is loading and 'Looking for suggestions'. If none are available, the button will not show. If there are suggestions to review, click the Suggestions available button. A modal will appear, displaying suggested updates.Note: The available suggestions depend on which AI features are enabled in your Showpad instance. Suggestions may not be available based on the particular asset details. For each suggested update, you have two options:Accept the suggestion by clicking the Apply button in each section.Or, click Accept all. Once you have reviewed and applied all desired suggestions, click the Close button.
