Create Page Templates or duplicate a Page Updated October 31, 2024 16:26 Note: This article is about the new beta Admin App, which is still in development. Changes may occur. Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. Streamline your Page creation process by utilizing Page templates. Create your ideal layout as a template to simplify future Pages. This ensures uniformity across content creators, keeping your organization on brand. Whenever you create a new Page, you can select one of your existing templates as your foundation. You can mark any of your existing Pages as templates or create new, specific Page templates. If you update a template, the Pages you've already created using the same template will not be updated. Alternatively, if you need to reuse the design of an existing Page for a one-time use, you can easily duplicate it and make any necessary adjustments. Click on an existing Page that you want to turn into a template. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click the pencil icon. Switch on the Use as a template toggle, and click Save changes. Next time you create a new Page, this template will be available alongside the other Page layouts. If you want to remove a template, return to the Page Permissions section, toggle off the Use as a template permission, and click Save changes. Duplicate a Page If you want to reuse the design of an existing Page just once, you can duplicate the Page and make the necessary adjustments. Navigate to Libraries and go to the All Pages library. Click on the Page you want to duplicate to open its details panel. Click the duplicate icon in the details panel header. Give your new Page a name and choose a Library/Divison. Note: The assets used in your Page might not be available in the destination Division you have chosen. Links to these missing assets will be removed from the duplicated Page. Click Confirm. The Page is being duplicated and will be available in your Pages library soon. Navigate to the Library/Division where you added the duplicated Page.
