Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. All Pages created in Showpad are stored in your Pages library. As your library grows, you may need to use filters to find specific content. With filters, you can instantly find relevant Pages based on authors, tags, language, and countries. You can also save pre-configured filters to reuse them easily and find content effortlessly. Filters are also useful for creating photo albums and configuring Smart Folders. Select the desired filters. Save your pre-configured filters and reuse them. Do this step by step Use filters to find content Save pre-configured filters and reuse them Use filters to find content Go to the Libraries tab. Select the relevant Library/Division in the top left menu if your organization uses them. Navigate to All Pages in the left menu. Click the column icon and select the filters you want to use. From here, you can also rearrange the filter order by clicking the dots to the right of the filter name and then dragging and dropping them in the desired order. Then, click Save. Click on one of the filters and select the filter criteria. The list of displayed Pages is automatically updated. Keep adding filter properties as needed. You can remove all filters by clicking Clear filters. Filter Description Author Select the authors to filter content by. If multiple authors are selected, the displayed list of content will include Pages with at least one of the chosen authors. Countries Select the countries to filter content by. Select [No Countries] to view the Pages where no countries are assigned. If multiple countries are selected, the displayed list of content will include Pages with at least one of the chosen countries. Languages Select the languages to filter content by. Select [No Languages] to view the assets where no languages are assigned. If multiple languages are selected, the displayed list of content will include Pages with at least one of the chosen languages. Tags Select the tags to filter content by. If multiple tags are selected, the displayed list of content will include files that have all chosen tags assigned. Save a pre-configured filter and reuse it Follow the above guidelines to use filters. To save your pre-configured filter, click Save filters and then Save as new filter. Enter a Name of your filter and click Save filter. To reuse your saved filter, click View filters, then click My saved filters. Search for the relevant filter and select it. Click Apply. The list of assets is automatically updated with the pre-configured saved filters. If the basic filtering options are not sufficient, you can also use advanced filters.
