Customize columns in your Pages library view Updated February 10, 2025 23:35 Customize your list view by adding or hiding file information such as tags, added and last update dates, author, languages, etc., in your Pages library. You can also sort the list of Pages by the different information. See how it looks Key features Organize Page in the library Export Pages information to an Excel or CSV file You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Previous plan: Showpad Content Plus or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permission The quick way Open the Libraries tab and select All Pages from the left menu. Click the column icon. Choose Page information to add or hide, and sort your library. Do this step by step Navigate to the Libraries tab. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Library from the top left dropdown menu. Go to All Pages and click the column icon in the top right corner. Select the information you’re interested in adding to the library view, or unselect the information you’d like to hide. For here, you can also rearrange the columns’ order by dragging and dropping them in the desired order. Click Save once ready. Scroll right to view the different available columns. Sort your assets by clicking on a column title. Note: The library can't be sorted by Tags. The available asset information is as follows: Column Description Added The date the file was added to the library. Authors The designated asset author(s). By default, the author is the user who added the file or Page to the library. Comments The number of comments received on this asset. Countries The configured countries assigned to the asset. Languages The configured language assigned to the asset. Last update The date when any asset permission was last updated. Likes The number of likes received on this asset. Tags The tag(s) assigned to the asset.If not all tags are visible in the column, click the + icon to open the asset details pane and scroll to the tags section.
