Secure your Pages with permissions Updated March 11, 2025 16:04 It's important to secure your valuable assets in Showpad to prevent sensitive information from falling into the wrong hands. We provide several permission options to ensure your content is secure. See how it looks Key features Decide if Pages can be shared, or used as a template Allows all assets to be filtered on the Page for internal users You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Previous plan: Showpad Content Plus or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permission Prerequisites: Pages in your Pages library Consider what you want to keep internal Do this step by step Click the Libraries tab and select a Division, if relevant. Click Pages and then All Pages in the left side menu. Click on the asset you want to modify, then click the pencil icon next to the relevant Permission in the Permissions section. Select or deselect the desired permission settings: Can be shared: Your users are able to share this Page via email, plugin, or link, and their prospects can reshare. When using Salesforce and Content Recommendations, it will also show these Pages in the "Share these files" section. If a file cannot be shared, it will appear in the "Learn from these files" section. This can only be enabled when the Dynamic Content Filtering permission is disabled. Enable Dynamic Content Filtering: This allows all assets to be filtered on the Page for internal users. This can only be enabled when a Page is not shareable. Use as a template: This Page will be available as a template when creating future Pages. Find more information about Page Templates in this article. When done, click Save changes.
