Edit Experience details and settings Updated November 26, 2025 16:49 Experiences allow you to organize your content and distribute it to the relevant users or user groups in Showpad. However, changes may be necessary after you've created an Experience. These edits can include updates to the Experience details displayed when in list view. You can also turn dynamic content filtering on or off or change the criteria for the Smart Folders within the Experience being modified. You also have the ability to hide an Experience from a user's Experience overview. This can be helpful when your organization's instance contains many Experiences and the overview page needs to be tidied up.Note: Hiding an Experience does not remove access for assigned users. They can still search for, open, and share its content. On other clients (such as the mobile apps and Outlook/Gmail plugins), hidden Experiences are also not shown in the Experiences tab to avoid clutter, but the assets inside remain fully accessible.See how it looksKey featuresQuickly update Classic and Advanced Experience details and settingsEdit an Experience in the Experiences libraryEdit a Classic Experience in the Experience BuilderYou need this to succeedPlan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS ProfessionalLegacy plan: Showpad Content Essential or higherPermissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permissionThe quick waySelect an Experience from the Experiences libraryAdjust details and settings in the Experience details panelSave changesDo this step by stepEdit Experience details and settings in the Experiences libraryNavigate to the Libraries tab.If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu.Select Experiences from the left-side menu.Click on an Experience you want to update.
