Examining Share information Updated September 25, 2023 23:49 With the Share feature, you can track how your prospects interact with the assets, Pages, and Collections you’ve shared with them via email or link. If enabled, push notifications inform you of any activity the moment it occurs, allowing you to decide with pinpoint accuracy which steps to take next. To examine Share information, proceed as described below. Note: Apple released iOS 15 in September 2021, preventing sales reps from receiving detailed info on whether a mail has been opened. This changes how an item is marked as viewed in Showpad. When sending a link to a prospect, and the prospect opens the Share using the Mail app on iOS, the item will only be marked as viewed after the asset is opened.
