Log your customer meetings in Showpad to keep a clear history of your engagements. Manually create meetings and link them to contacts and CRM records. You can also connect your calendar to sync appointments automatically. During a scheduled meeting, any content you present through Showpad is automatically logged. Showpad Assist can use this information along with linked notes to create a detailed overview of what was discussed. Click New and select Meeting. Fill in the meeting details and click Create. Create a new meeting Navigate to the Shares tab and select Meetings. Click New and select Meeting. Give the meeting a Title. Search for and select Participants' email addresses. With a connected CRM, use the Related to field to search for and select an account or opportunity.To connect to your CRM, click Connect in the ‘Connect your CRM’ message under the Title field. If your organization is connected to multiple CRM instances, select the instance you wish to log to and log in. Select a Date from the calendar, then enter the beginning and ending meeting times in the From and To fields. Click Create. Back to Top Connect your Google calendar Sync relevant appointments from your Google calendar to Showpad meetings. Meetings you create in Showpad will not be synced to your calendar. Click Connect in the ‘No calendar connected’ yellow bar at the top of the Meetings page. Click Continue with Google and sign in with your Google account. Review what information will be shared between your calendar provider and Showpad Assist. Then, click Continue. Review the actions Showpad Assist can perform in your calendar app, then click Allow. Relevant new appointments from your calendar will be added to Showpad Meetings. To keep things organized, we'll automatically create a new "Showpad Assist" calendar in your calendar app. This dedicated calendar shows the meetings that Showpad Assist can help you with. You can hide this calendar at any time to keep your private notes and prep materials hidden from customers. Note: If the Showpad Assist calendar isn't created when you first connect, we check for it each time you create or update a calendar event. If it’s missing, we’ll create it. Back to Top Connect your Microsoft calendar Sync relevant appointments from your Microsoft calendar to Showpad meetings. Meetings you create in Showpad will not be synced to your calendar. Click Connect in the ‘No calendar connected’ yellow bar at the top of the Meetings page. Click Continue with Microsoft and sign in with your Microsoft account. Review what information will be shared between your calendar provider and Showpad Assist. Then, click Accept. Note: If you're the first user to connect with your organization's Microsoft account, you'll see an Approval required pop-up window. In this case, enter a message for your IT department to request approval. Your IT department needs to follow the steps outlined here to grant approval. Relevant new appointments from your calendar will be added to Showpad Meetings. To keep things organized, we'll automatically create a new "Showpad Assist" calendar in your calendar app. This dedicated calendar shows the meetings that Showpad Assist can help you with. You can hide this calendar at any time to keep your private notes and prep materials hidden from customers. Back to Top Manage meetings Meetings are organized into weeks. Click the left arrow and right arrow next to the dates of the week to view the next or previous weeks. To edit a meeting, click the three dot menu and select Edit. Update any of the fields and click Save. To delete a meeting, click the three dot menu and select Delete. Confirm on the pop-up. Use the search field to locate a specific meeting. Back to Top The quick way on iOS From the menu, navigate to Meetings. Tap the plus icon to create a new meeting. Add a Title, time, participants, and relate it to a CRM record. Tap Create to save the meeting. Do this step by step Create meetings in Showpad and link your notes to keep a clear record of engagements, generate AI-powered overviews, and get actionable follow-ups. Create a new meeting Tap the menu icon in the top menu bar, and select Meetings. Tap the plus icon in the upper right corner. Give the meeting a Title. Select the Start and End Date & Time. Search for and select Participants' email addresses. With a connected CRM, tap the Related to field to search for and select an account or opportunity. Tap Create. Back to Top Manage meetings If you connected your calendar through the Showpad Web App, you’ll find relevant appointments from your calendar on the Meetings page. You’ll also see the meetings you create. Tap Upcoming to view all future meetings. Tap Recent to view all current and past meetings. Tap a meeting to view the meeting overview, linked notes, follow-up actions, and the option to edit the meeting.
