Use the AI meeting overview generated by Showpad Assist (Beta)

The quick way on the Web App

1. Navigate to the Shares tab and select Meetings.
2. Click any meeting to open its AI-powered overview.
3. Review the meeting details, AI-powered summary, and presented content.
4. Click the Notes tab to view linked notes.

Do this step by step

Use your AI-powered meeting overview to quickly copy key discussion points, share presented content, and manage linked notes.

1. Navigate to the Shares tab and select Meetings.
2. Click on a meeting to open its overview. The AI-powered features will be visible on meetings that have notes linked to them.

The overview is organized into three main sections:

• Meeting details: At the top is the Meeting date and time, a list of Participants, and the Related CRM Record.
• AI-powered summary: A summary of the conversation built from linked notes. The summary could include topics discussed, next steps, opportunities, and/or participants.
  • To copy the full text, click the copy icon in the top right corner.
  • To copy a section, hover over any part of the summary and click the copy icon that appears.
• Content presented: This section lists all the content you viewed in Showpad during the scheduled meeting time.
  • Filter the content by file type by clicking File types: Any, then search for and select the desired file types.
  • Click the three dot menu next to each item to share it or add it to a Collection or Shared Space.
  • To share or add several items to a Collection or Shared Space, select them. Then, pick the action from the bar at the top.

Additional actions:

• To edit or delete the meeting, click the three dot menu.
• To view the notes associated with the meeting, click the Notes tab.

Note: You can link or unlink a note from a meeting at any time from the Notes tab within Meetings. This will automatically update the AI-powered meeting overview.
