Add Gong meetings to Shared Spaces and Collections

Showpad makes it easy to add your Gong meeting recordings to Showpad Shared Spaces or Collections, so you can share them with your customers. Add a Gong meeting recording to your Shared Space or Collection as a URL asset. This will automatically give your Shared Space participants access to view the recording, and if you've chosen a Collection, you can then share it with customers or colleagues as needed.

Do this step by step

1. In Gong, navigate to the meeting you wish to add to Showpad.
2. Click the Share button, and select Share with Customers. 
   
3. To share just a snippet of the call, toggle the option on and select the start and end times of the portion of the call you wish to share.
4. To edit the Share Settings, click edit within the section. We recommend selecting the option for Anyone with a link can access this call. Alternatively, if you choose to require viewers to identify themselves, they will provide their info via email, Google, or LinkedIn, so you know who is viewing the recording.
5. Lastly, select Get Shareable Link, then click copy.
   
6. Next, navigate to Showpad's Web app. To add it to a Shared Space, hover over the Shares tab and select Shared Spaces. Click to open the Shared Space you wish to add the meeting to.
7. Click the Add button, then select Add URL.
8. Give the URL asset a name, then paste the link in the URL field. Click Add when you're done.
9. You will now see the Gong recording in your Shared Space. When your Shared Space participants click the link, they will have access to view the meeting in Gong.
10. To add the Gong recording to a Collection, hover over the Content tab in the Web app and select Collections. Open the Collection you wish to add the recording to.
11. Click the Add button, then select Add URL.
12. Give the URL asset a name, then paste the link in the URL field. Click Add when you're done.
13. To share the Gong recording, hover over the asset and click the share icon. Select a sharing method. You can share the recording via email or link or add it to a Shared Space.
