Create Reusable Sections for Pages and Homepages Updated July 15, 2026 07:01 Reusable Sections are centrally managed content blocks that can be saved and reused across multiple Pages and Homepages. Build a section once (a branded header, a legal footer, or a key call-to-action), and add it anywhere you need it. Lock elements like logos, legal disclaimers, or standard fonts and colors to maintain brand consistency. Leave other elements unlocked so other admins and Promoted Members can tailor specific details, like product descriptions or contact information, while keeping the overall structure intact. Note: When you update a Reusable Section, how changes are pushed to your Pages and Homepages depends on whether the content was previously customized. If a block hasn't been edited on the Page or Homepage, updates to the master Reusable Section push automatically. If a block was edited on the Page or Homepage, that Page or Homepage keeps its customizations and won't receive updates to those specific blocks. Back to TopManage and edit section block propertiesBy default, all block properties in a Reusable Section are locked. Other admins and Promoted Members can't edit them when they add the section to a Page or Homepage. You can unlock specific properties to allow customization per Page or Homepage.Tip: Unlock properties for content that should vary, like headlines, quotes, or images. Keep brand-critical elements locked. Open a Reusable Section in the Reusable Section Builder using either method: Navigate to the Libraries tab, select Reusable Sections from the left menu, click on a Reusable Section to open its detail panel, then click Edit Section. Or, while editing a Page or Homepage, click the Edit section icon next to the section. Click a content block, then click the lock icon next to any property you want to unlock — such as titles, images, or font styles. Once unlocked, admins and Promoted Members can edit that property directly on the Page or Homepage. Note: If an admin or Promoted Member edits an unlocked block on a Page, it becomes independent from the master Reusable Section. Future updates made to that block in the master section will not apply to the customized version on the Page. Make your edits. Changes push automatically to all Pages and Homepages using this Reusable Section, unless a block has already been edited on a specific Page or Homepage. Click Save when you're done, then confirm by clicking Save section. Back to TopAdd Your Reusable Section to a Page or Homepage Open a new or existing Page or Homepage in the builder. In the left menu, click the Reusable Sections icon. Search by title or filter by Library to find a Reusable Section. Hover over a Reusable Section to preview it and view more details. If the Reusable Section has unlocked properties, you can edit them by clicking on the block. Note: Changes to unlocked properties on a specific Page or Homepage only affect that Page or Homepage. They don't change the master Reusable Section or other Pages and Homepages using it.
