Assign and publish Custom Homepages Updated March 11, 2025 16:04 After you’ve finished creating your Custom Homepage, all that's left to do is to assign user group(s) and publish it. You can assign multiple groups, but we recommend that each group be assigned to a single Custom Homepage. For instance, you can assign a group of managers to a management-specific Homepage while assigning sales reps to a different Homepage tailored to their selling needs. If necessary, you can still assign a user group to more than one Custom Homepage. In that case, users can select which Homepage they wish to view when they click their Home button. To assign users, click on the Homepage in the list to open its details panel. In the User access section, click the pencil icon. Start typing the names of the user groups to whom you wish to assign this Homepage in the dropdown, and select the desired ones. Click Save changes. After adding your user groups, click the Publish Homepage icon at the top of the details panel. All users in the assigned groups will now see this Homepage when logging in. If a user is assigned to multiple Homepages, they will see a dropdown menu under the Home button and can select which Homepage they want to see. Note: By default, new users will be presented with the most recently updated Homepage. For returning users, the last selected Homepage is displayed. Return to the detail panel anytime to: Edit the user groups assigned to the Homepage, Duplicate the Homepage, or Unpublish the Homepage. When you unpublish an existing Homepage, users with no other custom Homepage will see the Showpad default Homepage again.
