Create or delete a Custom Homepage – Showpad Help Center

Create attractive and engaging Custom Homepages tailored specifically to your users. You can assemble selected content, specific Experiences, Courses, and more, for what you want your sellers to view upon login.

Custom Homepages are assigned based on user groups, allowing you to deliver relevant content to specific segments. This ensures that each group sees the most pertinent information upon logging in. Once a Custom Homepage is assigned to a user, they will no longer have access to the default Homepage.

Note: In the iOS app, users viewing their Custom Homepages will have access to files and Pages assigned directly to Custom Homepages, Pages, and Experiences the user has access to. Personal files from the user's Collections and My Files will also be accessible.

Do this step by step

Create a Custom Homepage

Navigate to Libraries.
If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired one from the top-left dropdown menu.
Select Homepages in the Distribution section of the left side menu.
Click Create Homepage.
Add content blocks to your Custom Homepage.

Delete a Custom Homepage

Navigate to Libraries.
If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired one from the top-left dropdown menu.
Select Homepages in the Distribution section of the left side menu.
Select a Custom Homepage in your library and click the trash icon in the top menu of the details panel.
Confirm your action by clicking Delete in the pop-up.

Note: Once deleted, the Custom Homepage cannot be retrieved.
