Please share your feedback so we can improve your experience. As your content library grows, keeping it clean and relevant can become a challenge. Outdated files, untagged assets, and unused content can quietly accumulate, making it harder for sellers to find what they need. Library health recommendations can help. Powered by Library AI, it scans your library on demand and surfaces targeted recommendations for health issues specific to your library. Each recommendation identifies the affected files and explains why they were flagged. Review the suggestions, apply bulk or individual actions to those files, or dismiss what isn't relevant. Review the Library health recommendation cards, then click Review on a card. Click the action button to apply the action to all listed files. Dismiss a recommendation or scan again Do this step by step Generate and view recommendations Scan your library on demand to generate recommendations and see which files have been identified for review. In the Admin App, navigate to the Libraries tab. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the one you want to review from the dropdown in the upper left. Click Library AI in the left menu. In the Library health recommendations section, click Generate recommendations. The scan begins. You can navigate away while it runs. The scan will continue in the background. A progress indicator at the bottom right of the Admin App notifies you when it's done. Note: You can see when the last scan was run in the upper right of the Library health recommendations section. When the scan completes, recommendation cards appear at the top of the Library AI dashboard. Each card shows the number of identified files, a headline, and a reason for the recommendation. If there are more than 3 recommendations, use the arrow buttons in the lower right of the Library health recommendations section to navigate between cards. Click Review on a recommendation to view the identified files and take action. Back to top Review and apply a recommendation Library AI can surface different types of recommendations, each tailored to your library's specific files and activity. See exactly which files have been identified, review the AI's reasoning, and apply the recommended action to some or all of them. When you click Review on a recommendation card, the library opens filtered to only the files included in that recommendation. The banner at the top of the page shows the AI-generated rationale. Click any file to open the detail panel and view more information about it. To act on all files in the list, click the action button in the upper right. To act on specific files, select them first, then click the action in the action bar. The button label reflects the suggested action, for example, Apply tags to all or Archive files. In the confirmation pop-up, click Resolve to apply the action to all files in the list. You’ll return to the Library AI dashboard. A processing indicator shows that the action is in progress. Tip: To return to the Library AI dashboard without taking any action, click Dashboard in the breadcrumb at the top of the page. Back to top Dismiss a recommendation or scan again If you don't want to act on a recommendation, you can dismiss it from the dashboard or while reviewing it. Click Dismiss on a recommendation card, or click Dismiss all in the upper right of the review view. Click Dismiss in the pop-up to confirm. The recommendation will be dismissed for all affected files. To generate a fresh set of recommendations, you can run a new scan at any time. Click Scan again in the upper right of the Library health recommendations section. In the pop-up, check the box to confirm that you want to discard the current recommendations. Click Scan again. The new scan begins and replaces the previous recommendations when it completes.
