Maintain Courses and Curriculums in the library Updated April 25, 2025 15:05 The Libraries tab allows you to access your Courses from one centralized and organized location. Here you can create and edit Courses and find Course information in the details pane. The search and filter capabilities make finding the content you need easy. You can also organize your Courses into Curriculums, allowing you to quickly add a batch of Courses to a Path. See how it looks Key features View, filter, and sort Courses Find information in the Course details pane Assign tags to organize your Courses Create and manage Curriculums Use the shortcut to view the assignment in your My Team hub You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Previous plan: Showpad Coach Plus or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permission The quick way In the Admin App, select Libraries, then Courses Manage Courses Manage Curriculums Do this step by step Navigate to the Libraries tab in the Admin App. If your organization uses multiple Divisions, select the desired Division from the top-left dropdown menu. Click Courses in the left menu to expand your options. Manage Courses Select All Courses from the Libraries left menu. To create a new Course, click the Create Course button. See this article to learn how to create a Course. View the list of all Courses. You can sort them by Title, Status, Added date, and Last updated date. You can also view the Owner, Tags, Published date, and the date a Course is scheduled to be published for each Course. To update the table columns, click the column visibility icon and select your desired categories. You can also rearrange the columns’ order by dragging and dropping them. Once ready, click Save. Click the eye icon to adjust the view mode. Select Compact to see more Courses on the screen. Alternatively, select Comfortable to see thumbnails in the Course list. To find the Course you want to manage, use the search field and/or filter the Courses by Curriculum, Status, Owners, Groups, Tags, or Competencies. Click on a Course to view its detail panel. To open the Course Builder, click the Edit Course button. If a Course is published, you can click the team icon to view it in My Team or click the archive icon to archive it. To delete a Course still in development, click the trash icon. To preview the Course, click the Course thumbnail. To edit the Course title, click it. Click Save changes when done. In the Details tab, you can view or edit the following properties: Overview: Added and Updated dates, Description, Owner, and Course link Course insights: Time to completion, number of learners who have Started or Completed the Course, and the type and number of Course components. Assignees: The groups and users assigned to the Course. Used in: The Paths, the Course is used in. Tags: The local and global tags assigned to the Course. Tags can be edited in bulk by selecting multiple Courses. Learn more about editing tags in bulk. Curriculums: The Curriculums Course is a part of. Competencies: Competencies the Course is associated with. To edit the properties, hover over them and click the pencil icon. Then, click Save changes. The Feedback tab displays user comments about the Course to guide you in making Course enhancements. You can resolve or dismiss the feedback. Learn more about exploring user feedback. Back to Top Manage Curriculums Use Curriculums to help organize and group Courses by subject. When Courses belong to a Curriculum, they can be quickly added to Paths. In the Courses section of the Libraries left menu, select Curriculums to see an overview of all your Curriculums. You can sort them by title, number of Courses contained, or date added. To update the table columns, click the column visibility icon, select your desired categories, and click Save. Use the search field to find a specific Curriculum. To create a new Curriculum, click the Create Curriculum button. Title the Curriculum, then click Create. Select any Curriculum to view the detail panel. Click the Edit Curriculum button to change the title of the Curriculum, or click the trash icon to delete it. Note: You can assign Curriculums to Courses while building a Course or later on by accessing the Course's detail panel. They cannot be changed within the Curriculum detail panel.
