They can be customized to meet the specific needs of different learning objectives.In this article, you will learn how to find, create, and manage Paths while monitoring your team's progress.See how it looksKey featuresCreate new Paths and edit existing onesFilter and sort PathsUpdate Paths descriptionsSee the team’s progress and send remindersArchive and delete PathsYou need this to succeedPlan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS ProfessionalLegacy plan: Showpad Coach Essential or higherPermissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permissionPrerequisites: Courses and/or tasks to assign to usersThe quick wayOpen the Libraries tabIn the Content section, select Paths, then All PathsSelect a Path to update its settingsClick Create Path to create a new oneDo this step by stepOpen the Paths libraryOpen the Libraries tab.In the Content section, select Paths, then All Paths, to open the Paths library.Change the view by clicking the eye icon:Comfortable view provides a preview of the Path.Compact view displays Paths without a thumbnail.Create a new PathSelect Create Path in the top-right corner.Fill in the Path details.Add the Path contents by clicking Create Path item.Search and add Courses to the Path.Find and search for PathsUse the search icon in the top-right corner to find Paths based on their name.Filter the Paths results by:Status: Filter by Paths that are in development, published, or hidden.Owners: Filter by the Paths’ owners.Groups: Filter by the Paths’ assigned Groups.Sort Paths by clicking the column titles:Title: Lists Paths alphabetically.Status: Shows the Paths’ status (Published, Hidden or In Development)Added: Shows when Paths were originally created.Last update: Displays when a Path was last updated.Owner: Shows the Path’s owner.Edit an existing PathClick the Path you want to update.Click the Edit Path button in the top-right corner.Change the current information, edit or add new Path items or Courses.Edit existing Path propertiesClick on the Path you want to edit.Click the Path’s name to edit it.Under Details, click the pencil icon in the Overview section to update the Path Description and Author.Click Save changes.See the team progress and Path previewSelect a Path you want to preview.Click the View Path in My Team button in the top-right corner.Analyze the Path items and the User Breakdown.Click Preview Path to view it from the users’ perspective.Click Send Reminders to notify the users who haven’t completed the Path.Archive and delete a PathSelect the Path you wish to delete.Click the archive icon in the top-right.Click the trash icon to delete it permanently.Confirm you want to delete this Path.Find all archived, not deleted, Paths in the Archived section, under Paths.Note: If you permanently delete a Path, it cannot be restored. Proceed with caution.
