This provides context about the Experience for users.Click the copy icon to use the App-Link. This link links the selected Experience to an Advanced Experience.By clicking the pencil icon in the Settings section, you can update the following:Enable Dynamic Content Filtering: This allows content in the Experience to be displayed based on a user’s Content Profile.Hide from Experiences screen: Enabling this option will hide the Experience from the user’s Home Screen. The Experience is still visible when it’s linked to another Experience.This does not remove access for assigned users. They can still search for, open, and share its content. Hidden Experiences are also not shown in the Experiences tab to avoid clutter on mobile clients.Hide empty folders: When enabled, empty folders won’t be visible to users to have a clean Experience.Default view: Choose between grid and list view.Note: For Advanced Experiences (Atom, Mapper, Selector) and Showpad Apps, you can only update the Dynamic Content Filtering and Hide from Experiences screen settings.After making updates to your Experience, click Save changes.Manage user accessTo enable users and user groups to access the content in an Experience, you must assign them to the specific Experience.Under Assignees, enter or update the name of the user or groups you want to assign to the Experience.Click Save changes.Select a ThemeThe Shared Content Viewer presents the content your users share with their buyers. A theme determines how the content shared from an Experience looks like.In the Themes section, you can select the themes your users can apply when they share content.Click the pencil icon.Search for a theme by typing or clicking the drop-down menu.Choose your themes by selecting the checkboxes next to the theme name.Click Save changes.Delete an ExperienceSelect the Experience you wish to delete.Click the trash icon.Confirm you want to delete this Experience.Note: If you delete an Experience, it is not possible to restore it.
