Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. Experiences in Showpad allow you to efficiently organize and distribute your content to the appropriate users or user groups. By leveraging Experiences, you ensure that your users can swiftly locate the information they need, saving time and enhancing their focus on key conversations and tasks. The Admin App features a dedicated section that provides an overview of all available Experiences, including: Classic Experiences Advanced Experiences Showpad Apps In this article, you will learn about the actions you can perform when you open the Experiences library. In the Distribution section, select Experiences to open the overview of Experiences. Change the view by clicking the eye icon: Comfortable view provides a preview of the Experience. Compact view displays Experiences without a thumbnail. Create a new Experience Select New Experience in the top-right corner. Add an Experience name. Choose your Experience type and continue building your Experience by adding content. Find and search for Experiences Use the search icon in the top-right corner to find Experiences based on their name. Sort Experiences by clicking the column titles: Name: Lists Experiences alphabetically. Added: Shows when Experiences were originally created. Last update: Displays when an Experience was last updated. Type: Shows the Experience type, including Atom, Mapper, Selector (Advanced Experiences), and Classic Experiences. Edit an existing Experience Select the Edit icon in the top-right corner. Change the current design, add new assets and folders, and control who has access. Edit existing Experience properties Select the Experience you want to edit. Click the Edit icon in the Overview section to update the Experience description. This provides context about the Experience for users. Click the copy icon to use the App-Link. This link is used to link the selected Experience in an Advanced Experience. By clicking the Edit icon in the Settings section, you can update the following: Enable Dynamic Content Filtering: This allows content in the Experience to be displayed based on a user’s Content Profile. Hide from Experiences screen: Enabling this option will hide the Experience from the user’s Home Screen. The Experience is still visible when it’s linked to another Experience. Hide empty folders: When enabled, empty folders won’t be visible to users to have a clean Experience. Default view: Choose between grid and list view. Note: For Advanced Experiences (Atom, Mapper, Selector) and Showpad Apps, you can only update the Dynamic Content Filtering and Hide from Experiences screen settings. After making updates to your Experience, click Save changes. Manage user access To enable users and user groups to access the content in an Experience, you must assign them to the specific Experience. Enter or update the name of the user or groups you want to assign to the Experience. Click Save changes. Select a Theme The Shared Content Viewer presents the content your users share with their buyers. A theme determines how the content shared from an Experience looks like. In this section, you can select the themes your users can apply when they share content. Click the Edit icon. Search for a theme by typing or clicking the drop-down menu. Choose your themes by selecting the checkboxes next to the theme name. Delete an Experience Select the Experience you wish to delete. Click the delete icon. Confirm you want to delete this Experience. Note: If you delete an Experience, it is not possible to restore it. Proceed with caution. Learn how to edit Experiences in the current Online Platform.
