Filter Classic Experience content in list view Updated July 03, 2024 15:53 If you’re unsure what content you want, you can browse assets in Classic Experiences using the list view. Then, use filters to find what you need. Browsing lets you explore Classic Experience content efficiently. When searching isn't the best option, this is a good alternative. There's no need to click through assets individually when you want to only see videos, for example. Filtering by video in the content type option surfaces videos for sharing much faster. This allows you to quickly find the best content without individually opening assets. If your admin has set the Experience's default view to Grid, switch it to list view by clicking the list icon on the right side of the menu bar. If your organization utilizes folders to organize content, the appropriate folders will also appear in the list. Click the folder to see the corresponding assets. You can filter by content type, language, tags, and tag categories. As you select filters, the appropriate content will populate the list along with details for those assets if the assets contain one or more of the selected filters. You can also toggle between a Comfortable and Compact view in the upper right. It's important to note that when switching the default view back to the grid view, you will see the Classic Experiences without filters. However, when you return to the list view, those filters remain in place, so you do not need to select them again.
