If you’re not entirely sure what content you are looking for, browsing through the assets using list view in your Classic Experiences with filters can help you find what you need. Browsing lets you explore content in a specific Classic Experience in an efficient way when searching isn't the best option. There's no need to click through assets individually when you want to only see videos, for example. Filtering by video in the document type option gets you to that content for sharing much faster. This allows you to quickly find the best content without needing to individually open assets.

In your Content tab, open a Classic Experience. If the Experience's default view was set to Grid view by your admin, switch it to List view by clicking the list icon on the right side of the menu bar. Select the desired filters in the left-hand column. This includes document type as well as tags and tag categories. As you select filters, the appropriate content will populate in the list along with details for those assets if the assets contain one or more of the selected filters.
If your organization utilizes folders to organize content, the appropriate folders will also appear in the list. Click the folder to see the assets within the folder that meet the filtering criteria.
It's important to note that, when switching the default view back to to grid-view, you will see the Classic Experiences without filters. However, when you return back to list-view those filters remain in place so you do not need to select them again.
