Showpad Content ROI charts within MS Dynamics Updated December 05, 2025 16:49 Understand exactly which content influences your deals and at what stage of the opportunity cycle. With Content ROI, you can leverage Showpad sharing data directly within MS Dynamics to connect individual assets to revenue. Showpad provides the raw sharing data, giving you complete control to create custom charts and dashboards within your preferred reporting tools. This allows you to visualize the direct impact of your content strategy on your bottom line. Key insights include: View Counts: How often prospects view specific assets. Sharing Trends: Content distribution over time, filtered by Opportunity, Account, or Lead. Deal Velocity: Correlations between specific assets and pipeline progression (e.g., determining if a particular case study accelerates movement to the next deal stage). This feature relies on the Showpad for Microsoft Dynamics integration. Once your users log in to Dynamics via the Showpad app (Web or Mobile), their sharing activity is automatically stored in Dynamics entities, ready to be used in your reporting workflows. See how it looks Key features Revenue attribution: Determine how specific content contributed to winning a deal and attribute revenue based on Opportunity data. Granular segmentation: Filter charts to see which content performs best across different industries and opportunity stages. Custom entity utilization: Access specific Showpad entities (tables) to build comprehensive custom reports. Marketing automation alignment: Leverage Showpad engagement data stored in Dynamics to inform lead scoring in integrated platforms like HubSpot or Marketo. Note: Data for a specific piece of content will appear in reports only after it has been shared for the first time. To access Showpad Content ROI, click the app in the top menu to display your available apps and select Showpad Content ROI. Your charts are empty when you first start using the dashboards. Historic data from previous Showpad Shares is not saved in the MS Dynamics database. As a result, those historical Shares are not visible in Showpad Content ROI. This means that you can start using the sharing data once you have installed the Showpad Insights app and configured the Showpad’s Microsoft Dynamics integration for your users. Only content that has been shared at least one time is visible in the dashboards to avoid large reports containing assets that were never shared. Two dashboards are available: Showpad - Overall Content ROI and Showpad - Asset ROI. The following sections describe the charts on these dashboards.
