Back to Top Understand the key health metrics The LibraryIQ dashboard surfaces insights using several key health metrics, categorized by Files and Pages. These metrics are designed to help you quickly identify specific content that may be unused, unorganized, or outdated so that you can take targeted action. Review the metrics below to understand the health of your Files. File key health metric Description Never used files Shows files older than 30 days that have had no activity from sellers or buyers. This helps you identify potentially outdated or irrelevant content. Seller activity includes in-app views, Shares, downloads, and adding to Shared Spaces. Buyer activity includes views of emails, links, Shared Spaces, and downloads. Files without recent engagement Highlights files with no seller or buyer activity in the last 90 days that may need to be refreshed or archived. Undistributed files Shows files that are not part of any Experience, or on a Page that is part of an Experience. This helps you identify content that isn't accessible to sellers. Note: Files used only on a Homepage will also appear in this list, as they are not technically part of an Experience. Files about to expire Displays files that will expire within the next 30 days, helping you proactively manage content lifecycles and avoid using outdated materials. Files without author Shows files missing an assigned author. Assigning an author is key for content maintenance and accountability. Note: When the author is deactivated, the file still has an author. Files without tags Shows files that don't have any tags assigned. Adding tags makes content easier to find and distribute through search and filters. Files without locales Lists files that don't have a country or language defined. Assigning locales ensures sellers see content relevant to their region.
