Create Reusable Sections for Pages (Beta) Updated January 28, 2026 16:12 Reusable Sections are centrally managed content blocks that can be saved and reused across multiple Pages. They’re ideal for standardized headers, branded footers, or key call-to-action elements, helping you work more efficiently while maintaining content control and consistency. Build a section once and add it anywhere. Lock certain elements, like logos, legal disclaimers, or standard fonts and colors, to maintain brand consistency across your content. At the same time, leave other elements unlocked, allowing other admins and promoted members to tailor specific details, like product descriptions or contact information, while keeping the overall structure intact. Note: When you update a Reusable Section, the way changes are pushed to your Pages depends on whether the content was previously customized. If the block was not edited on the Page, all updates made to the master Reusable Section will be automatically pushed to the Page. However, if the block was edited on the Page, the Page will retain its unique customizations, and any updates made to those specific unlocked blocks in the master section will not be applied to that Page. Back to TopManage and edit section block propertiesBy default, all properties of blocks within a Reusable Section are locked, preventing other admins or Promoted Members from editing them when they add the section to a Page. However, you can unlock specific block properties to allow editing for Page customization.Tip: Unlock properties for content that should be customized per Page, such as headlines, quotes, or images. Keep properties locked for brand-critical elements that must remain consistent across all Pages. Open a Reusable Section in the Reusable Section Builder using either method: Navigate to the Libraries tab, select Reusable Sections from the left menu, click on a Reusable Section to open its detail panel, then click Edit Section. Or, while editing a Page in the Page Builder, click the Edit section icon next to the section. To unlock a block property, click on a content block within the Reusable Section Builder, then click the lock icon next to any property you want to unlock (such as titles, images, or font styles). Once unlocked, admins and Promoted Members can edit that property directly by clicking on the block when using the section on a Page. Note: If an admin or Promoted Member edits an unlocked block on a Page, it becomes independent from the master Reusable Section. Future updates made to that block in the master section will not apply to the customized version on the Page. Make any desired edits to block properties. These changes will be automatically reflected on all Pages the Reusable Section is in, unless the block has already been edited within a Page. Click Save when you're done, then confirm by clicking Save section. Back to TopAdd Your Reusable Section to a New Page Navigate to a new or existing Page in the Page Builder. On the left side menu of the Page builder, click the Reusable Sections icon. You can search by title or filter by Library to find an existing Reusable Section. Hover over a Reusable Section to preview it and view more details. Select the Reusable Section you wish to add and drag and drop it onto the Page. You will notice that the locked block properties are greyed out or uneditable. If the Reusable Section has unlocked properties, you can edit them directly by clicking on the block. Note: Changes made to unlocked properties on a specific Page only affect that Page. They don't alter the original Reusable Section or other Pages using it. Back to TopArchive Reusable Sections From the Reusable Sections library, select the Reusable section you wish to archive. In the detail panel, click the Archive icon, then confirm by clicking Archive. If a Reusable Sections is currently being used on a Page, you won't be able to archive it. First, remove it from the Pages it's used on, then archive it. To view archived Reusable Sections, navigate to the Reusable Sections library then click Archived Reusable Sections. Click the three dot menu next to any Reusable Section to Restore it, or Delete permanently.
