  • • Users with a Standard Copilot for Sales license will only have info available in the Copilot for Sales side pane of an opened email 
    • Users with the Premium Copilot for Sales license will have info available in the Summary by Copilot action card above the email thread with data provided by Showpad included

Do this step by step

1. In Outlook, open a received email. Click Apps and select Copilot for Sales. 
2. Click the Sign In button to log in to your CRM. Choose your provider and follow the prompts to log in. 
3. To connect to Showpad eOS, click Sign in. Follow the log in flow to authenticate your account.
4. You will now see Showpad insights in the Copilot for Sales side panel and the Summary above email threads.
5. To include Showpad content in emails using the Draft with Copilot feature, click Draft an email. Fill out the prompt according to the message you'd like drafted. Copilot will include Showpad content it deems relevant, but you can also reference Showpad assets to be included. Click Create draft.
6. Review the drafted email. Click the Showpad asset links to view the selected content. Adjust the draft if needed. Once you're satisfied, copy the text and paste it into your email draft, then send to your recipients.
