Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. Sometimes, the content you upload to Showpad may be highly regulated or linked to special events like promotions, sales competitions, or individual campaigns. In such cases, you can set a release and expiry date to Pages to ensure they are available in the correct time frame. The release date is the day a Page becomes available to users, and the expiry date is the day a Page becomes unavailable to users. You can also choose to set only a release date without an expiry date and vice versa.For sellers, expired content is removed from Experiences. In Collections and Shared Spaces, the Page will be greyed out and inaccessible. Content with a future release date won't be visible yet for your users. If your organization uses multiple Libraries/Divisions, select the desired one from the top-left dropdown menu. Click Pages and then All Pages from the left-side menu. Click a Page to open the details panel. In the Overview section of the Details tab, click the pencil icon. Add the relevant dates under the Released on and/or Expires on fields. Click Save changes. Alternatively, you can give multiple Pages the same release and/or expiration date in bulk. To do so, navigate to the All Pages library. Select the Pages by checking the boxes, then click the Edit button. In the Overview section, add a release and expiry date, then click Save changes. See how it looks On Showpad's Admin AppIn the Pages library, the asset will be labeled as Expired. In the Experience Builder, expired content is grayed out. When hovering over the Page, an Expired label appears. On the Web App and on mobile apps for usersUsers won't be able to open expired content on their devices or the Web App. In Experiences: Expired Pages will be removed from Experiences. In Collections: Expired Pages will be greyed out in Collections. If a user attempts to open expired content from a Collection, it will alert them and give them the option to remove it. In Shared Spaces: Expired Pages will be greyed out in Shared Spaces. If users attempt to open it, it will alert them that access has been revoked.
