Add a Page description Updated February 05, 2025 08:00 To provide your sellers with additional context about a Page, you can add a Page description. This information won't be visible when users share the Page externally with prospects or customers. However, it will appear for users in Home Screen recommendations and the details panel, making it easy to access and understand while managing Pages internally. See how it looks Key features Add a brief description to a Page for additional context Descriptions are visible only to internal users, not external prospects or customers You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Previous plan: Showpad Content Plus or higher Permissions: Administrator, Promoted Member with Content permission Prerequisites: Pages in your Pages library Do this step by step Click the Libraries tab. Select a Division if applicable. Click All Pages from the left-side menu, then select a Page. In the details panel, hover over the description field and click the pencil icon to edit the information. Enter the desired text in the Description field and click Save changes. Your users will see the description you’ve added in the details panel when they open the Page. It will also appear in their Home Screen recommendations and search results when they browse for content. Note: Users can add Shareable Pages to Shared Spaces and include a public description that is visible externally. This public description is separate from the one you define as an admin in the Page details pane.
