Please provide feedback directly in the beta app. The Showpad Resource Center is your central hub for unlocking the full potential of Showpad without leaving the platform. It offers admins and Promoted Members in-product access to the Showpad Help Center, latest release updates, instant access to Support, and additional resources. Select a resource to find needed information. Do this step by step Access the Resource Center by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the Admin App. Depending on your permissions, you’ll have access to different sections: Help Center What’s New Support (only available to admins) Additional Resources Help Center Open the Resource Center. Click Help Center to browse Help Center articles. Five articles are suggested based on where you are in the product.If you don’t find the article you’re looking for in the suggested articles, type keywords in the search bar. Select the article you’re interested in. You can read it in the Resource Center or open it in the Help Center using the redirect link. Note: Videos are only visible in the linked Help Center article. Back to Top What's New When new product updates are available, a blue notification icon next to the question mark button will notify you. Open the Resource Center and click What’s New to stay up-to-date with the latest product releases. The Check What’s New in the Help Center button will direct you to the article listing all releases. Below, read the notes about the latest releases. The links will redirect you to the related articles in the Help Center. If available, click the action button to access the complete release documentation. Back to Top Support Note: This section is only available to administrators, not to Promoted Members. Open the Resource Center. Click Support to access the support resources. View Showpad status page will redirect you to the status page where you can get the latest information on Showpad performance and any ongoing incidents. Back to Top Additional Resources Note: Depending on your role, you might see different resources in this section. Open the Resource Center. Click Additional Resources to access learning opportunities. Access Showpad Academy to enroll in self-service courses about Showpad functionalities or consult the live training calendar. If you’re an admin, you can access The Rev Community to connect with other Showpad customers and access enablement thought leadership, customer success stories, and more. Click Developer Portal to read about Showpad for Developers. Additionally, if you’re a Promoted Member, you can click on View Showpad status page to consult the status page and stay updated on Showpad performance and any ongoing incidents.
