Modify your organization name Updated March 13, 2025 20:35 As the owner of your Showpad instance, you can change your organization's name in Admin Settings. This update will automatically populate the Company field in the profiles of users created after the change. For users created before the change, the Company field will remain as it was unless they manually update it. The company name is displayed to buyers within the About section of the Shared Content Viewer. See how it looks You need this to succeed Plan: eOS Expert, eOS Advanced, eOS Professional Previous plan: Showpad Coach Essential, Showpad Content Essential, or higher Prerequisites: Must be the owner of the Showpad instance The quick way Navigate to the Admin menu in Settings Select Organization and click Edit Modify the name and click Update Note: Updating the organization name in Settings does not change your organization's URL or subdomain. If you need to update the URL for your Showpad instance, please contact our support team. Do this step by step Click the gear icon to open Settings. Select Organization from the Admin menu. Click Edit. Enter a new name, then click Update.
