Remember, the storage required depends on the amount of content assigned to your Showpad account, so make sure your device is ready to support your needs.

Note: After installation, the Showpad app may request access to your contacts to autocomplete them when sharing content. This is optional, and the app will still work without it.

Note: You need an Apple ID to download and install the application on your iPad. If you don’t have an Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID and follow the instructions.

Confirm you meet the requirements to use Showpad on your device:

We recommend using iOS 17 or iOS 18 to receive Showpad app updates.
Always update to the latest Showpad app version for the best experience

Go to the App Store on your iOS device and type Showpad in the search bar.
Tap GET and then INSTALL when prompted, and the Showpad app will appear on your device's home screen.
Log in on Showpad.

Note: You need a Google Account to download and install the application on your Android device. For users in China who don't have access to the Google Play Store, inform your administrator to request an installation file.

Please confirm you meet the requirements to use Showpad on your device:

Use Android OS 12 or higher to install the latest version of the Showpad app
Always update to the latest Showpad app version for the best experience

Go to the Google Play Store on your Android device and type Showpad in the search bar.
Tap Install to download the Showpad app to your tablet.
After installing, the app will request access to various settings. Adjust as necessary, then choose Accept.
Log in on Showpad.

Please confirm you meet the requirements to use Showpad on your device:

Windows devices that have Windows 10 (Version 1803 - April 2018 update) or Windows 11 installed
Access to the Windows store

Go to the Microsoft Store and search for Showpad Desktop. Click Install to start downloading the app.
Click Open once the Showpad Desktop app has been downloaded and installed.
Upon launching the Windows Desktop app, Showpad will automatically update to the latest version when available. You can now enter your organization's name and log in on Showpad.

Note: An update to the Windows Desktop app is occasionally available through the Windows store. To ensure you are always up to date, enable automatic updates for applications on your Windows device.
