There may be occasions when you want to create a Share but do not have access to a stable connection in order to send it at that time. When you’re offline and try to share a file or Collection, you will receive a notification informing you that you’re not connected to the internet and asking you what you would like to do.

See how it's done on iOS
- While disconnected from the network, compose a Share as you normally would. When you tap Send a prompt will appear asking what you'd like to do next. You must choose between Discard, Retry, or Later.
- Shares saved for later will be stored in your Outbox under your Share tab. When you are back online, the Shares will try to resend. You can also trigger a resend manually by tapping Resend All.
- If you click one of the Shares stored in your Outbox, you will be given the option to send Share Now, Delete, or Cancel. Sharing now will attempt to send the Share again manually.

- Compose a Share and tap Send.
- If you are offline, a prompt will alert you that the Share will send once you are back online.
- Shares saved for later will be stored in your Outbox under your Share tab. When you are back online, the Shares will try to resend. You can also trigger a resend manually by tapping Resend All.

- Compose a Share and try to send.
- If offline, you will see a prompt letting you know that there is a share in the queue to be sent when there is a connection again.
- You can click View Shares to delete or retry sending your e-mail. Otherwise, your share will send automatically the next time you use the app with an internet connection.
