BCC your CRM system when sharing content Updated July 03, 2024 15:45 You can automatically BCC specific email addresses including your custom CRM system. This can be used for sending copies of your shares to someone internally or tracking your shared content to contact activities in a CRM. Note: If you already use Salesforce as a CRM, you can ask your administrator to set up our Salesforce integration instead of using this BCC option. The quick way to awesomeness Navigate to the Settings tab in your Showpad mobile app Select Email then Email to Salesforce OR Enter a preferred email address into the BCC field Choose your success platform iOS Android See how it's done on iOS How to find the BCC email address in Salesforce Tap your name in the upper right side Tap My Settings Choose Email > Email to Salesforce Copy your Salesforce email, send it to yourself in an email and add it to the BCC feature in Showpad Where can I find the BCC setting in Showpad Go to Account Tap Bcc Addresses, under the Sharing section Add the BCC address in the default BCC address field Save to have all future emails BCC that recipient I can't find my shared content for the contact I sent it to. Where did it go? Please check your Unresolved items in Salesforce and add the activity to the right contact. The prerequisite for this to work is that the email is sent out from the sales reps own email address.
