AI-powered Message Composer can rework your messages to change the tone, align with your brand guidelines, and optimize the length. Personalize communications easily based on segment, role, or product to make each message feel relevant without the extra effort. This feature is applicable to communications in Showpad Email Shares and Shared Space invitations. This feature is available as a public beta. If you don't see this option as a user, your organization is likely not participating in the beta. See how it looks Key Features Align message with brand guidelines Adjust the message tone (formal, persuasive, urgent, friendly, or inspirational) Change the message length Fix grammar and spelling issues The quick way Type a message in your Showpad Shares or Shared Space invite Click the wand icon for AI-powered Message Composer Choose which principle you want to rewrite your message based on Review and send See how it's done on the Web App In the Web App, navigate to a Shared Space invitation or an Email Share. Type your message. At least 10 words are required for AI-powered Message Composer to optimize the text. Click the wand icon to open the AI-powered Message Composer options. Choose from the following: Refine with guidelines Fix spelling & grammar Make shorter Make longer Change tone (Formal, Persuasive, Urgent, Friendly, or Inspirtational) Once the text is generated, review the adjustments. You can chose to: Retry: Click this to regenerate the message Copy: Copy the text to paste in the message composer Replace: To accept the entry, click Replace. This will remove the original text and replace it with the AI-powered Message Composer suggestion. Click the X to discard the suggestion and close the modal.
