As a manager, you oversee one or more groups of sellers who use Showpad to engage with buyers. With Showpad, you can review your team’s pitches, track their learning progress, and assess their competencies in their roles. To get started, we’ll show you how to log in. You'll find your login or a link to set up your password in this email. Please contact your administrator if you still need to receive your credentials. To sign in on Showpad, you need three things: Your organization name Your email address Your password Log in to the online Web app or Install the Showpad Windows Desktop app If you use the Windows Desktop App (WDA) you can download and install the Showpad application from the Windows store.See how to download and install the Showpad app. If the app is already available on your device, check that you have installed the latest version. To successfully use Showpad, ensure you meet the system and device requirements. After installing the application or navigating to your custom Showpad URL in a web browser, enter your organization name to log in. Your organization’s Showpad account name should be in your invitation email. Use your email address and password to open the Showpad app.See how to log in to Showpad. Your organization may have configured a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool like Salesforce or a Single Sign-On (SSO) identity management system like Okta to sign in. In that case, you will see an extra button after providing the organization name. Use your organization’s preferred method to sign in. Get to know your team in the My Team hub: Members From the My Team tab, select Members. On the Members page, you will find an overview of all the users in the groups you manage. Select a team member to view their assignment activity and competencies. Click on any user's assigned Courses or Paths to see details about their progress.See your team members' learning progress in the My Team hub: Members. See your team’s Course and Path progress in the My Team hub: Assignments From the My Team tab, select Assignments. The Assignments page provides an overview of all the Courses and Paths your team is enrolled in. Here, you can zoom in on a particular assignment and see a breakdown of enrolled users, tests, PitchIQs, user test scores, and submission dates.See your team’s assignment progress in the My Team hub: Assignments. Score your team's PitchIQs in Coaching: My Assignments Showpad Coach’s PitchIQ feature lets your team easily record or transcribe practice sales conversations. As their manager, you can review and score users' pitches, giving them feedback for improvement. From the Coaching tab, select My Assignments. Click on the PitchIQs to review card to see a list of pitches awaiting your review. Provide guidance and constructive observations so your team can continue improving their confidence and messaging to prospects.Learn more about providing feedback on PitchIQ submissions. Score your team’s tests in Coaching: My Assignments From the Coaching tab, select My Assignments. Click on the Tests to Grade card to rate your team’s answers to short answer questions. Providing users with feedback while the content is still fresh in their minds can benefit their learning. Optionally leave users written feedback to understand better their scores and how they can improve.See how to score test submissions. Examine breakdowns of users, pitches, and test questions From the My Team tab, select Assignments and then choose a Course from the list. On the User Breakdown tab, you can see your team’s scores and send reminders to users who haven't completed the Course.Learn more about the user breakdown. From the My Team tab, select Assignments and choose a Course with a PitchIQ component from the list. On The PitchIQ Breakdown tab, you can see the status of your learners' PitchIQ submissions and the scores they received. If the pitch is still awaiting a score, you will find the option to submit your review.See how to examine the PitchIQ breakdown. From the My Team tab, select Assignments and then choose a Course with a test component from the list. On the Question Breakdown tab, you will see the status of your learners' test and survey submissions and the scores they received. This can help you pinpoint coaching areas to focus on with various team members.Find out more about the question breakdown. If enabled, assess your team’s skills in My Team hub: Team Competencies If the Competencies feature has been enabled by your admin, from the My Team tab, select Team Competencies. On the Team Competencies page, you will find an overview of the competency ratings for each team member, sorted by role. You can see the progress your team is making on the Courses that target the most valuable competencies and compare that against the organizational average. To assess a team member’s competencies, click Start assessment in the Competencies tab on their Members page. Join them in evaluating their abilities against clear expectations and standard benchmarks associated with their role.Learn how to assess your team’s skills in My Team hub: Team Competencies. If enabled, act on your team's competency level in My Team hub: Team Competency Insights With the Competencies feature enabled by your admin, select Team Competency Insights from the My Team tab. Here, you’ll see how your team's overall Competency has changed over time. Team Competency Insights pinpoint success and opportunities for improvement. You'll see the team members with the most significant opportunity for improvement and can take immediate action to encourage them to succeed. To help your team improve their scores, click View to the right of a team member. Click Take action to send them an email suggesting peer coaching and reminding them of assigned Courses relevant to their competencies.
