Share content from an Experience Updated November 15, 2025 16:44 With a Showpad Experience, you can intuitively navigate through the sales content your admin provides you. This allows you to show content that is relevant during your sales conversation. When presenting content from an Experience, buyers may want to review what you’ve shown them. You can share the assets with prospects during your presentation. Select multiple files simultaneously or share the file you’re presenting. You can also add content from an Experience to a Shared Space where you collaborate with your buyer. Note: There is a daily limit of 1,000 email recipients. If you reach this limit, your Email Share won't be sent. Learn more. Select multiple files to share While viewing an Experience, tap the three dot menu in the corner and then tap Select Files. Select the files you want to share with your customer and tap the Share icon. Select whether you'd like to compose an Email Share or Get a Link to your content. Share while viewing an asset To share a single asset from an Experience, tap to open it. Tap the screen to reveal asset options. Tap the share icon and select whether you'd like to compose an Email Share, or Get a Link to your content. Compose an email Share If you choose Email, fill in the recipient's email address. Tap the settings icon at the bottom of your message to choose your Share settings. Tap the CRM button at the bottom of the Share and slide the toggle to log this activity to your CRM, such as Salesforce. To add additional content, tap the + icon. Give the email a subject and add a message to your customer or prospect. Tap Send to send the email. Note: Some file types may only be downloaded as a pdf. Your admin sets this restriction. Share with a link If you choose Get a Link, rename the link if you desire. Tap the gear icon to select the share settings. Tap the share icon. You can tap Copy to paste it where you want to share content. Alternatively, select an app you use for sharing, such as WeChat. The insights from this share will show that someone opened the link and when but not which app was used. Add to a Shared Space To add content to one or more Shared Spaces, tap the plus icon in the Asset Viewer. Or, while viewing a folder of assets in List View, tap the plus icon next to the content you'd like to add. Select Add to Shared Spaces. Select the Shared Space(s) to add the asset, then tap Add. To set an expiration date for the link, toggle on Link Expires After and either tap 1 week to select a time frame or tap the date to select a date from the calendar. Tap Copy Link and paste it where you'd like to share content. Share with a link If you choose Get a link, give the sharing link a name that you can track when viewing the Share insights. To add more content to the link, type in the Search field or click Browse. Select assets to include in the link. Select a Link type. Simple links provide a URL that you can copy and paste. Advanced dynamic links automatically populate sender and recipient information. Configure the link settings to allow content downloads and set an expiry date. Select if you want to log this activity to your CRM, such as Salesforce. Select a Sharing Theme provided by your administrator. The theme determines how the content is presented to your recipient. Click Generate Link. The link is automatically copied to your clipboard. Click Copy Link if necessary. Paste it where you want to share it. Add to a Shared Space To add the asset you're viewing to one or more Shared Spaces, click Share and select Add to Shared Space. Select the Shared Spaces and folders where you want to add the asset: Click the caret next to a Shared Space or folder to reveal its subfolders. Check the box next to each Shared Space or folder you’d like to add the Collection(s) to. To view your selected Shared Spaces and folders, click Show Selection.Click Show all to view all Shared Spaces and folders. Use the search field to find a specific Shared Space or folder. The list updates as you type. Click the X in the search field to clear results. (Optional) To add the Collection(s) to a new Shared Space:Click New Shared Space. Complete the setup steps. The new Shared Space will be automatically selected. Click Add to add the asset to your chosen Shared Space(s) and folder(s).
