The content for these actions is drafted by Showpad Assist based on the meeting overview. You can always edit the content before sending it, so you remain in control. Click the relevant meeting to open the overview. In the Showpad Assist sidebar, choose to Update the CRM or Send a follow-up email. Review, edit, and send the AI-generated content. Do this step by step To streamline your post-meeting workflow, use Showpad Assist to edit and send AI-drafted CRM updates and follow-up emails directly from your meeting overview. Navigate to Shares and then Meetings. Click the relevant meeting to open the meeting overview. In the Showpad Assist sidebar, you'll find suggested follow-up actions. Update the CRM: You can edit and send an update based on the meeting overview. This will be logged as a new Activity Event in Salesforce. It will be linked to the CRM record, like an Account or Opportunity, that you related the meeting to. To edit the event, click the pencil icon, update the fields, then click Save changes. Click Update now to send the update to your CRM. Send a follow-up email: You can edit and send a follow-up email. This draft is generated from the meeting overview. It will also include any content from your Showpad instance presented during the meeting. This can be sent as an Email Share, allowing you to track engagement. Click Edit & Send to adjust the Email Share to your liking, then click Send. If you decide not to send the Share yet, click X. Your updated draft will be saved. To copy the message to your preferred messaging client, click Copy. The quick way on iOS Open a meeting that has at least one note linked to it. Tap the floating Follow-up button. This can be sent as an Email Share, allowing you to track engagement.Tap Edit & Send to adjust the Email Share to your liking, then tap Send. If you decide not to send the Share yet, tap Cancel. Select if you would like to Save, Discard, or Keep Editing the draft. Tip: To see follow-up actions, link at least one note to the meeting. Also, relate the meeting to a CRM record.
