Partner branding Partner branding lets sellers run value conversations using a partner's visual identity. Rather than modifying your organization's value model, you duplicate it and apply the partner's branding to the copy. This keeps your core model intact and gives you independent publishing control for each partner. To set up a partner-branded value model: In Value Factory, navigate to Value Models. Open the three dot menu on the value model you want to use as the starting point and select Duplicate, then click Create duplicate. The duplicate appears in the table with “-duplicate” in the name and a Draft status. Open the three dot menu on the duplicate value model and select Value Model Configuration. Rename the duplicate to clearly identify the partner and click Save. Return to Value Models and open the duplicate model's three dot menu and select Branding Configuration. Update the options for the partner’s branding: Color Palette: Enter the partner’s branding and text colors with their hex values and font choices Typography: Select the partner’s primary and secondary fonts from the dropdown lists. Organization Logo: Upload the partner logo. Emails: Enable Apply this value model’s branding to invitation emails to use the partner’s colors and logo in collaboration invitation emails; otherwise, default branding is used. Select Save Changes. Review and update any other partner-specific model settings, such as report templates or discovery content. Publish the model when it is ready. See Test and publish a value model. When a seller uses this model, reports and shared Experiences automatically use the partner branding. No action is needed from the seller. Partner brand assets do not sync automatically. If a partner updates their brand, manually update the Branding Configuration on the duplicate model. Review formula updates in your source model periodically and apply relevant changes to partner model copies as part of your governance process. Back to top Multilingual value models Showpad Value Factory supports multilingual Experiences through language-specific report templates. The value model structure (inputs, formulas, and outcome groups) stays the same across languages. Translated content is delivered through separate report templates, one per language, each labeled clearly so sellers and prospects receive the right version. Choose a structure for multilingual support One model with multiple report templates works when the formula logic and seller inputs are consistent across languages, and only the report content needs translating. Create one report template per language, label each clearly, and control visibility per template. This keeps administration simple and ensures formula updates apply across all languages at once. Separate localized models work when sellers need translated input labels, translated discovery prompts, market-specific assumptions, different currencies, or independent release schedules. Use Showpad tag mappings to connect each localized model to the right content. This approach requires maintaining formula updates across each copy as part of your governance process. Set up language-specific report templates Create one report template per language following the steps in Create and configure a report template. When setting up each template in the template’s Settings: Set the language. Give the template a clear localized name so sellers can identify it. Set visibility to Hidden while the translation is under review. Set to Visible when it is ready for sellers.
