Open Genie in the lower-right corner of Showpad2. Select the Glean agent3. Type your question and press EnterDo this step by stepGenie provides a conversational interface for asking questions or giving instructions.1. Click the Genie button in the lower-right corner to expand the chat interface.2. Click the clock icon to search and select a previous conversation, or click New Chat to start fresh. You can rename or delete previous conversations by clicking the three dot menu next to each conversation and selecting the action.3. Click the current agent under the text field and select the Glean agent.4. Interact with Genie:Text: Enter your question and press Enter or click the send icon.Verbally: Click the microphone icon, start speaking, then press Enter or click the send icon when done. Genie will speak the response back to you. (Available with the Expert AI Bundle.)5. Review the response. Citations are included to show where the answer came from. Click a source card to open it, or click a source link to open it in a new browser tab.6. Below the sources, Genie may suggest follow-up prompts.
