The quick way

1. Open Genie in the lower-right corner of Showpad
2. Select the ZoomInfo agent
3. Type your question and press Enter

Do this step by step

Genie provides a conversational interface for asking questions or giving instructions.

1. Click the Genie button in the lower-right corner to expand the chat interface.
2. Click the clock icon to search and select a previous conversation, or click New Chat to start fresh. You can rename or delete previous conversations by clicking the three dot menu next to each conversation and selecting the action.
3. Click the current agent under the text field and select the ZoomInfo agent.
4. Interact with Genie:
   • Text: Enter your question and press Enter or click the send icon.
   • Verbally: Click the microphone icon, start speaking, then press Enter or click the send icon when done. Genie will speak the response back to you. (Available with the Expert AI Bundle.)
5. Review the response. Citations are included to show where the answer came from. Click a source card to open it, or click a source link to open it in a new browser tab.
6. Below the sources, Genie may suggest follow-up prompts. Select one to continue the conversation or type your own question.
7. Use the thumbs up or thumbs down icons to rate the accuracy of the response. Feedback goes to your organization's admins.
8. To copy a response, click the copy icon. The text is copied to your clipboard.

Note: Genie does not have access to analytics insights or the ability to interact with your existing Shared Spaces and Collections.

To get the most relevant answers, be specific in your questions:

• Include firmographic details: Mention company size, industry, or region (e.g., "Find mid-market manufacturing companies in the Midwest").
• Name the business challenge: Give ZoomInfo context about what you're trying to solve (e.g., "What are the top challenges for CFOs in the logistics sector?").
• Specify the output you need: Tell Genie what format you want (e.g., "Give me a bullet summary of ZoomInfo data on Acme Corp")
